OverSpex^TM are guaranteed by Optica Limited against breakage due to manufacturing defects for 24 months subject to verification by our technicians. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the OverSpex? or part of the OverSpex^TM deemed defective will be replaced free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Scratched or broken lenses as a result of normal use.
• Defects caused by accidents (impact or crushing, etc), improper or unauthorised use of the OverSpex^TM, unauthorised alterations, repairs or tampering.

Warranty covered OverSpex^TM that have been discontinued will be replaced with a similar model.

Should a defect occur, please send your OverSpex^TM, a copy of the original receipt and include your name, mailing address, email address, and a cheque for $9.00 (shipping and handling fee) to:
